Getting Started...

Orientation Session

An initial consultation is required prior to starting an exercise session. It allows the client and instructor to meet, review physical history and experience the exercise methods to determine which classes will work best for you.

Orientation Session (1½ hour):
Part ONE
fitness history
personal goals
postural analysis
review of STOTT PILATES® basic principals
Part TWO
instruction on the Reformer, Chair and Mat to
help you decide which may be most appropriate
for your needs and goals.
